Imran served the legal notice to Khwaja Asif Tuesday for defaming Shoukat Khanum Memorial Hospital and leveling false charges.
In the notice Imran Khan has asked the PML-N leader to pay Rs 10 billion as compensation or tender an unconditional apology.Imran said Khwaja Asif was bound to submit a reply to his notice otherwise he would approach a court of law.
Asif had in a press conference last month leveled charges of misappropriation of SKMH funds by Imran Khan. He alleged that Imran Khan had invested and lost the hospital money in personal businesses.In response Imran refuted these charges saying money from endowment fund was invested in a business on no-loss basis. – Dunyanews
