The Supreme Court (SC) will resume hearing of Balochistan unrest case today.
A two-member bench of the Supreme Court, comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, will resume hearing of Balochistan unrest case at the Quetta Registry today. Interior Secretary will submit fortnightly compliance report during today’s hearing.
Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani will also appear before the Supreme Court today (Friday).The bench in its interim order on October 12 had asked that the Interior Secretary and Chief Secretary Balochistan to submit fortnightly compliance report. – Dunynews
