MANSEHRA: People of Kaghan valley on Sunday threatened to block the Balakot-Naran section of Kaghan road if prolonged unscheduled load shedding was not stopped in the valley.A delegation of the valley told reporters here that owing to the prolonged power outages the life has come to a standstill.They said that the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) was frequently suspending power for about 15 hours daily.They threatened to block Balakot-Naran road for indefinite period if the Pesco did not end the load shedding.They said that people of the valley were still suffering following the October 2005 earthquake and the frequent power outages had made their lives miserable.They also urged the government to order immediate end to the load shedding in the valley – Dawn
